By engaging RTRC Investments LLC for services, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide web development, SEO, and e-commerce services as scoped in your project quote or statement of work.
Payment
Fixed-price projects require a 50% deposit to begin. Final payment is due upon delivery. Monthly retainers are billed in advance.
Ownership
Upon final payment, you own all code, designs, and content created for your project.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question. We do not warrant uninterrupted service from third-party providers.
